چه چیزی لازم نیست
برای شنیدن رادیو کابل حساب کاربری، نام یا شماره لازم نیست. ما اطلاعات شما را نمی‌فروشیم.
چه چیزی نگه داشته می‌شود
- روی دستگاه شما: زبان، تنظیمات، یادآوری‌ها و «خاطره‌های» شما فقط روی دستگاه خود شما ذخیره می‌شود.
- پخش: هنگام شنیدن، آدرس انترنتی دستگاه شما به سرویس پخش فرستاده می‌شود تا صدا به شما برسد.
- آهنگ در حال پخش: با باز کردن اپ — حتی پیش از زدن پخش — نام آهنگ، برنامه‌ها و وضعیت پخش از Radio.co (سرویس پخش ما) گرفته می‌شود؛ آدرس انترنتی دستگاه شما به آن می‌رسد، نام شما نه.
- قلم‌ها: قلم‌های اپ از Google Fonts بارگذاری می‌شود؛ با هر بار باز کردن، آدرس انترنتی دستگاه شما به گوگل می‌رسد.
- فرمایش آهنگ: فرمایش شما به Radio.co فرستاده می‌شود و آدرس انترنتی و نوع مرورگر دستگاه شما همراه آن می‌رود تا تعداد فرمایش‌ها محدود شود. نام شما در آن نیست.
- آمار: آمار بی‌نام کمک می‌کند بدانیم چند نفر و از کدام کشورها گوش می‌دهند. در اروپا، فقط با اجازهٔ شما.
- ایمیل: اگر در بخش همکاری یا فروشگاه ایمیل تان را بگذارید، آن را فقط برای خبر دادن دربارهٔ همان موضوع و خبرنامهٔ رادیو کابل نگه می‌داریم. هر ایمیل ما لینک لغو اشتراک دارد؛ یا به [email protected] بنویسید تا حذف شود. ایمیل از طریق Google Forms ثبت و در یک Google Sheet نگه داشته می‌شود (گوگل پردازشگر ما است)؛ روی دستگاه شما ذخیره نمی‌شود.
- خرید: خریدها از طریق App Store، Google Play یا Stripe انجام می‌شود؛ ما شمارهٔ کارت شما را نمی‌بینیم.
کودکان
رادیو کابل برای تمام خانواده است. ما آگاهانه از کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال اطلاعات جمع نمی‌کنیم.

No account needed. Radio Kabul can be used without creating an account. We do not sell personal data.
What is stored. Language, settings, reminders and saved "memories" are stored only on your device. When you press play, your IP address reaches our streaming provider so the audio can be delivered. Opening the app — even before pressing play — fetches the current song, schedule and on-air status from Radio.co (our streaming provider), which sees your IP address but no name. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google on each visit. A song request is passed to Radio.co together with your IP address and browser type so request limits can be applied; no name is sent. We use anonymised analytics (Google Analytics, IP anonymised) to understand listening by country; in the EU only with your consent. If you leave your e-mail address in Partners or the Store, we keep it only to tell you when that opens and for the Radio Kabul newsletter; every mail has an unsubscribe link, or write to [email protected] and we delete it. The address is submitted through Google Forms and stored in a Google Sheet (Google acts as our processor); it is not stored on your device. Purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play or Stripe — we never see card numbers.
